Clean Developers with their very first environment friendly project stole the show at Nepal’s first Real Estate Expo 2009 . The Expo ran for 4 days from 2nd April to 5th April 2009. Clean Developers came with the actual miniature replica of Central Park with the lush green garden, flower blooms, flowing water stream, lotus and to add to that list a live rabbit running on the green pasture enjoying the delicious Bermuda grass. The four 14 storey building were rising from the floor with a back drop flex depicting the elevation and greenery. More than 50 thousand people visited the stall No B- 47 at the Expo that belonged to Central Park. It was the most unique way of presenting the product and was ranked “the best” by many.
The beautiful replica turned out to be the photo taking spot for almost all the visitors. Almost everyone was taking pictures either of the presentation or themselves standing in front of it. From morning 11am until 5.30 pm the stall was overcrowded with people of different age group. The children were interested in feeding the rabbit and watching its movements. The place turned out to be a hub for all the visitors. The representatives of central park had no time to breathe. Everyone has a question for something. It could be for the price range, open space, energy efficiency, unit size, water efficiency, disaster management, access, landscaping, kind of occupants, project completion and many more. But most sought after question was about its “environment friendliness”.
